"A new bookmaker that comes to Philippines with a wide variety of markets and excellent prematch and live odds."

Already in Philippines Mr. Green, a character who has had a movie life. Dressed in a green suit, green hat and leaning on a green umbrella, this mysterious character was adopted by a generous couple, and has become a philanthropist. Enigmatic, mysterious and eccentric, this character has made honesty, fair play, ethics, integrity and responsible gaming habits the flag.

Behind such a pompous presentation, we have one of the latest bookmakers to arrive in Philippines. Present in several countries in our surroundings for years, william hill bought the company in January 2019, and since then, Mr Green is part of one of the largest sports betting and online gaming conglomerates in the world. In Philippines, in addition to sports betting, it offers casino games and a live casino.

What does Mr Green offer us?

Being a part of the William Hill group inevitably invites comparisons, but anyone expecting a white label version of William Hill would be mistaken. Mr Green does not disappoint, and green is the predominant color of its page. It uses Kambi software, making navigation easy for any bettor, especially those accustomed to using bookmakers like 888sport or poof. It has a very intuitive menu and quick access system.

The range of sports and markets offered is quite complete, although it is particularly noticeable that eSports are not included in their betting offerings. The odds are what we can expect from any Kambi bookmaker, regularly ranking among the highest that can be found among bookies in Philippines. The odds we find in a very comprehensive live betting section are also excellent.

There are aspects that reveal that we are facing a new betting house. The first one is the few sports betting promotions, but it's also surprising that we can only deposit or withdraw funds with credit or debit card, without being able to use other digital payment methods that we find in the rest of the betting houses operating in Philippines.

There is also no mobile app available, although the website is optimized for mobile or tablet betting through the browser. Additionally, there is no Virtual Sports section or streaming service provided. However, Mr Green offers tools like Bet Builder that allows users to create their own combined bets, enhancing the user experience. Let's delve a little deeper into Mr Green.

Sports and markets

Mr Green's sports catalog features over 20 disciplines, including soccer, basketball, tennis, and American football. It's worth noting that motorcycle racing and Formula share a heading, and we miss eSports, a sport that is becoming increasingly popular among bettors. On the other hand, we have minor or exotic sports such as Australian football or pesäpällo, also known as boboll. The best leagues in each sport couldn't be missing, not to mention the lesser-known but always interesting leagues or tournaments for bettors.

A good football match easily surpasses over 200 available betting markets, including the most common ones such as Asian lines, cards, corners, or pre-made combined bets offered by the bookmaker. We also have the option to create our own custom bet through Bet Builder, which increases the possibilities. In basketball, we have over 180 available bets, while ice hockey or American football come close to that number. In an ATP or WTA tennis match, we can find over 20 available bets... A great selection of options for Philippines to choose from.

Dues

A priori, we might think that by being part of the William Hill group, Mr Green's odds would be the same. However, it's common to find slight variations between the odds of both companies, with some cases being favorable to Mr Green and others to William Hill. We've already mentioned that they use Kambi software, which is synonymous with generally good odds. They share odds with other companies such as Paf, so we should consider their odds before betting.

Live section (live betting)

The live betting section also follows Kambi's usual guidelines. We enter this section and have the icon of each sport to quickly access football, tennis, darts, or snooker, among the wide range of sports available for live betting. On the initial screen, we have the winner of the match bets and a live score. In football, the minute and score appear, in tennis, the set score, game, and serve, in snooker, the frames, etc.

It is worth noting the number of live markets available, especially in sports such as tennis, where sometimes there are more in-play bets than pre-match ones. The statistical information is quite interesting and can assist Philippines in the analysis of live betting options; we can bet on specific live markets such as the next goal, next point in a tennis match, etc. Once again, the odds are generally good although they can be very volatile due to being in-play bets.

Payment methods

Payment methods are probably the area where Mr Green's status as a newcomer to Philippines is most apparent. We can only deposit or withdraw using credit or debit cards, although we are encouraged to stay tuned to any potential developments in the future. The card(s) must be in your name, and you use more than one. To register or change a card, simply go to Deposit > Change and enter the details of your new card. Mr Green does not apply any commission for deposits or withdrawals.

How to register and deposit in Mr Green?

To sign up for this betting website, go to the Mr Green's page and in the top right corner we have the "Create account" button in salmon color. Click on it and the registration form will appear. First, we need to indicate our email address, and then set up the login (username, password) and confirm the rest of the details before starting to play. To make the most of it, remember to verify your account as soon as possible.

Once the registration is completed, we access our user section in Mr Green to make the first deposit and start playing - if you have not verified the account, you will have limitations. Indicate the method you will use to deposit and choose one of the predetermined amounts or indicate the amount to deposit. Click on "Deposit xxx in my account" and you will be redirected to your payment provider's page, in this case the payment platform of your bank card, to finalize the process.

Mr Green App

Currently, Mr Green does not have a mobile app available in Philippines. They do have one for other markets, so we expect its arrival in the near future. For now, we can bet on Mr Green from our computers or from our mobile or tablet browsers. The page is perfectly adapted to these mobile devices, and you won't have any problems making your pre-match or in-play bets.

Security

Mr Green is not an excessively well-known operator in Philippines, but we are facing a completely safe and reliable operator. The best proof of this is that it has the corresponding licenses from the AGCO to operate in Philippines both in betting and casino. In addition, it has licenses from similar entities in other countries where it operates, such as Malta or the United Kingdom.

On their website we can find the seals of Safe Play, +18, Self-Exclusion and Play Well, as well as Responsible Play. We have already mentioned that fair play, honesty, integrity, etc. are among their principles, as well as the commitment to responsible play for their users. Therefore, we can confirm that we are in a completely safe gaming environment.

Customer Support

Mr Green offers a customer support chat in multiple languages to address any of our issues. Another option is to email [email protected] with your problem or inquiry, and they will respond as soon as possible. If you are unable to contact them through the chat, email is the alternative. Mr Green does not have a customer service phone number.

Furthermore, on their website we can access the Help Center, where we have extensive information on issues such as account verification, login, responsible gambling, deposits and withdrawals, and any other aspect related to our experience in this betting house. It can be a good way to solve the problem. We did not find any profiles for Philippines on social networks.

Mr Green: Opinions and conclusion

It's time to take stock, and the first impressions are good although there are aspects to improve. As we said at the beginning, it is not a copy or a version of William Hill, but we are facing a betting house with its own identity. Due to its odds, it could be an interesting operator for novice bettors although the absence of promotions can discourage them.

On the other hand, users specialized in live betting will find Mr Green an ideal operator due to the wide variety of markets it offers and the good live odds we have. Not to mention the statistical information. However, a streaming service would be missing to complete the circle. In another important point, such as customer service, it passes thanks to its live chat and a fairly comprehensive Help Center.

Undoubtedly, the scarcity of payment methods is the Achilles' heel of this operator. Almost everyone has a bank card, but the fact that it is the only enabled method to manage our funds greatly limits the options. We trust that other methods, such as electronic wallets or prepaid cards, will be added in the short to medium term, allowing Philippines to enjoy Mr Green even more. We also hope that eventually, they will add eSports to their offer and launch an app for Philippines.

They don't validate accounts. They keep you for weeks, asking you over and over again for the same documents. It is a disastrous place, you literally feel cheated and powerless to get your money.

Malisima to collect they ask you until the day of baptism. I think it's to entertain you and spend the money before collecting it. They have been asking me for the same information for two weeks
